Response times will depend on your specific needs and circumstances. We can offer next-day or future response (best price alternative) for most onsite needs for equipment related services. The speed to have someone on-site may also depend on the priority level. Emergency on-site service will be addressed on an individual event basis and priced accordingly. MergerTree will provide you with a work order for your approval prior to dispatch of any technical resource.
